Will you do a site visit before we book, what does it involve?
If you are holding your wedding or event on a private property or a venue that we have
not set up at before then, yes we will visit and complete a no-obligation site visit.

What size tent will I need?
The size of your tent will depend on numerous factors including;

How do Sperry Tents stand up to wind and rain?
This is one of the best features of the Sperry Tents. They are totally waterproof. If winds
are forecast we will lower the side walls of the tent towards the prevailing winds.
Do you provide power for the tents?
We do not provide power however most venues will have the mains that we can plug
our lighting into or, alternatively, we can provide you with local providers for generator
hire. The size of generator required will depend on your overall power requirements
but our team can provide advice on our items which require power. You will need to
check with all vendors to create a complete list. Having a power source within 20m of
the tent is always a good guide.
Do you provide winter heating or summer fans?
We can supply outdoor gas heaters for extra warmth in the winter months. During
summer, if it is going to be particularly hot, we also have pedestal fans for hire.
Do you offer furnishings and styling?
We can supply a wide range of furnishings, including tables, seating, bars, dance floors
and lighting. If you require more involved styling we can recommend some fantastic stylists who are experienced in working on Sperry Tent events.
Can you assist me with the layout of furniture inside the Sperry Tents?
We can. Our team design a bespoke floor plan to show you the layout on the day. You
can also use the Icovia Sperry Tent floor planner program on the website, to create your
very own personalised floor plan.
What is the flooring like inside the Sperry Tents?
We use a natural fleck woven matting that is nailed into the earth and is high-heel proof.
How long is the Sperry Tents hire period for?
The usual hire period is 48 hours. We usually set up the Sperry Tents one or two days
before your event and take them down one or two days after. We are happy to extend
the hire period, if your even is running longer. Set up and take down dates are allocated
on a first-come- first-served basis, and this will be discussed with you when a booking is
made. Please contact our events team who will be happy to talk this through with you.
How do I book a Sperry Tents for my event or wedding?
If you are happy with your provided quote and would like to proceed with a booking,
then we will send you an invoice.
We request a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable one week prior to your delivery day.
Can I adjust the seating numbers after I have booked?
You can always amend the number of seats and tables you require after you have
booked and in line with your final guest numbers.
What is the Sperry Tents South Coast & Southern Highlands cancellation policy?
Once we have received your deposit payment, your booking is confirmed. After this,
your deposit is non-refundable. Please read our terms and conditions for our cancellation policy.
